Organoleptic indicators

Compliance of food products with the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union for food products or (in their absence) regulatory and technical documentation.

Accompanying Materials

  • an extract about the product, certified by the seal of the enterprise and containing a title page and a list of organoleptic indicators from approved regulatory and technical documents (GOST, TU);
  • regulatory and technical documentation (for new types of products);
  • product quality certificate;
  • certificate or declaration of conformity;
  • electronic veterinary certificate (for products of animal origin);
  • license for the production of alcoholic products (for products containing alcohol).

Number of samples

  • weight products - 1 kg;
  • packaged products, weighing up to 100 g - 6 units;
  • packaged products weighing over 100 g - 3 units;
  • products packaged in bottles with a capacity of up to 0.5 l - 6 units;
  • products packaged in bottles with a capacity of 0.5–0.7 l - 4 units;
  • products packaged in bottles with a capacity of over 0.7 l - 3 units.
