WorldFood Connect Will Be Your Special Correspondent From The Closed Festival For Restaurateurs And Suppliers Gastreet

The new season of HoReCa Week will take place at WorldFood Connect from June 2–6. Exclusive materials will start coming out today!


Last year, during the thematic week dedicated to the HoReCa segment, WorldFood Connect hosted expert webinars on the restaurant business. Interviews were published with Bulat Ibragimov, co-owner and brand chef of the Artel bistro, and Valery Lizunov, founder of the ARCHPOINT architectural bureau and co-owner of the PARKA, Prscco bar, Apr.l bar, Hachiko Japanese Bar & Kitchen bars. The community even hosted a master class on preparing a burger set.

 

This year, HoReCa week at WorldFood Connect promises to be no less eventful. From June 2 to 6, interviews with:

 

Alexander Markov, founder and editor-in-chief of the magazines "RESTAURANTOVED" and "Professional Kitchen" (PROKUKHNYA), head of the Representative Office of FRiO in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region

 

Artem Peruk, entrepreneur, restaurateur and co-founder of the bar ecosystem “#FollowTheRabbits”, as well as co-founder and co-owner of El Copitas Bar, Tagliatella

 

You will also find interviews with Italian chefs. We will tell you who Cesare Cui wants to cook dinner for, what Mirko Zago's family eats, and what Russian dish Valentino Bontempi could never understand.
