Over the course of 34 years, WorldFood Moscow has become more than just an annual industry event. WorldFood Moscow is now an ecosystem that creates maximum opportunities for business development: from face-to-face meetings and expert knowledge at the exhibition and summit to year-round online networking in the WorldFood Connect community.

The autumn food exhibition is traditionally the main venue for face-to-face meetings between manufacturers and buyers from retail, wholesale and catering.

This year, more than 1,100 companies from 31 countries will present their products: Algeria, Belarus, Botswana, Brazil, Hungary, Vietnam, Greece, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, the Republic of Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Sri Lanka, and Ecuador.

This means that visitors will be able to appreciate the widest range of products: from exotic fruits and seasonal berries to unique Asian and traditional European products.

Kuwait and Oman will be presenting their products at the exhibition for the first time, and 19 countries will be represented in the format of national pavilions: Algeria, Brazil, Hungary, Vietnam, Egypt, India, Indonesia, China, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, South Korea.

Saudi Arabia will be the partner country of the exhibition this year. The National Centre for Date Palms and Dates (NCPD) will present the Saudi Dates national brand with premium date varieties at WorldFood Moscow 2025.

In addition to the exhibition, the NCPD has prepared a special programme: visitors can look forward to tastings, master classes with chefs and a fascinating introduction to the agricultural heritage of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In addition, on the third day of the exhibition, the Culinary Marathon will host a Healthy Dessert Competition for pastry chefs, partnered by NCPD.

Russian regional products will also be widely represented: more than 60 regions will be represented by both individual companies and collective exhibitions.

With 16 annually expanding sections, WorldFood Moscow will allow visitors to familiarise themselves with the best products from leading global and domestic manufacturers and suppliers of food and beverages in the following categories: Groceries, Confectionery and Bakery Products, Organic and Healthy Food, Fruit and Vegetables,  Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Tea and Coffee, Ingredients, Frozen Products, Preserves, Oil and Fat Products and Sauces, Halal, Dairy Products and Cheese, Fish and Seafood, Meat, Poultry and Eggs, Alcoholic Beverages, as well as Non-Food Products and Services for Business.

Thanks to the exhibition being held at the peak of the harvest season, only at WorldFood Moscow will visitors be able to get acquainted with both the maximum number of companies in the "Fruits and Vegetables" sector and the widest range of fruits and vegetables on display. WorldFood Moscow is the only event in Eurasia where this section is presented on such a scale.

WorldFood Moscow 2025 provides a unique opportunity for every visitor to not only meet recognised market leaders, but also discover promising newcomers to the industry over four days in one place. Here you can get acquainted with companies that regularly participate in the exhibition, as well as new ones that are just starting out, and manufacturers that are exhibiting for the first time. Such a concentration of time-tested brands and promising innovators creates ideal conditions for finding new partners and expanding business contacts.

In 2025, more than 150 new participants (more than 110 Russian companies and more than 40 foreign companies) will be represented at the exhibition for the first time. Among the new participants are companies such as: Tsoikiny Recipes, Frambini, ProdSnack, Krember, Maharishi Products, Vanyushkin Sweets, Beluga, the Association of Agricultural Producers, Processors and Traders, Yenisei Standard, the Minsk Sparkling Wine Factory, and the Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Functional Foods and Ingredients.

The full list of participants is available on the website.

The key advantage and value of WorldFood Moscow is its ability to cover all food distribution channels and provide comprehensive solutions for business challenges.

WorldFood Moscow is visited annually by more than 22,000 industry professionals: buyers from wholesale and retail trade enterprises, as well as representatives of the catering industry. This year, the exhibition is expected to attract an impressive audience of professionals: representatives from 93 countries and 81 regions of Russia have already registered online. This will give participants the opportunity to effectively promote their brand not only in the domestic market, but also internationally.

Additional navigation has been organised at the exhibition specifically for visitors from catering companies: companies ready to supply products to HoReCa will be marked with a special sign on their stands, in the printed exhibition guide, and in the electronic catalogue of participants on the website.

Thus, based on the key idea of the exhibition "From the field to the shop counter and restaurant table", we can safely say that thanks to WorldFood Moscow, HoReCa representatives will be able to easily find new suppliers of food products for canteens, cafes and restaurants, taste products in ready-made dishes, and negotiate supplies directly with company managers.

For the second year in a row, WorldFood Moscow will host direct negotiations with chains - the Chain Purchasing Centre™, organised by KVC Imperia Forum.

The Network Purchasing Centre™ is a unique technology for organising business negotiations, where suppliers can personally give an express presentation to buyers and, in one day, negotiate the supply of their products to the largest chains in Russia and the CIS.

Last year, more than 150 companies participated in the Network Procurement Centre, concluding a total of 2,039 contracts worth a total of 31,300,000,000 roubles.

In 2025, more than 150 buyers from regional and federal chains will participate in the Chain Procurement Centre, including: Auchan, VkusVill, Magnit, METRO, Perekrestok, Pyaterochka, Lenta, SPAR, Svetofor, Azbuka Vkusa, Yandex Lavka, OZON and other large chains.

On the third day of the exhibition, 18 September, negotiations between foreign suppliers and Russian chain buyers responsible for foreign economic activity will take place within the framework of the Chain Purchasing Centre™.

For the first time, the exhibition will also feature scheduled negotiations at the Contract Expo standsTen buyers from CIS retail chains will be attending WorldFood Moscow exclusively.

Every year, we improve the formats and tools to ensure maximum effectiveness of participation and visits to WorldFood Moscow.

The WorldFood Connect mobile app will help optimise business processes while visitors and participants are at the exhibition, with contact exchange (lead scanning) and appointment scheduling (matchmaking) services available on this platform.

With lead scanning, simply scan the barcode on a participant's or visitor's badge using the app, and all their contact details will automatically appear on your phone. No more wasting time collecting and digitising paper business cards.

Matchmaking and lead scanning are available to all exhibition visitors free of charge in the desktop and mobile versions of WorldFood Connect.

WorldFood Connect is an industry business community for business communication between participants, experts, speakers and visitors to WorldFood Moscow, which this year will present the WorldFood Connect podcast for the first time in collaboration with experts from Ntech, Sfera Media and iiko. Now, interviews from the exhibition can be viewed not only in the community, but also listened to on Yandex Podcasts, Apple Podcasts, VK Music and any other app where you listen to podcasts.

For a comfortable stay at the exhibition, a special relaxation area for professionals has been organised - the WorldFood Business Lounge.

This closed area is intended for specialists in the fields of retail, wholesale trade and public catering. It offers everything you need for effective work and relaxation: a separate meeting room, a coffee break area, a comfortable relaxation area, and a workspace with Wi-Fi access and chargers.

To access the WorldFood Business Lounge, you must register in advance by sending a request from your corporate email address.

Every year for many years, the WorldFood Moscow exhibition has hosted the Product of the Year competition, which aims to showcase the best food products and raw materials for their production on the Russian market. This year will be no exception, and only those products that surpass their counterparts in quality, are produced using innovative technologies and are stored in ideal conditions will be announced as winners. Winning the Product of the Year competition will allow participants to strengthen their position in the market.

In 2025, the WorldFood Moscow exhibition will host the second "Novelty of the Year" competition for food and beverage products. Participation in the competition will allow companies to announce their most interesting and innovative food and beverage products, as well as give them the opportunity to promote domestic products on the shelves of retail chains and online storefronts. The following companies have already confirmed their participation in the "New Product of the Year" competition jury: Lenta, Perekrestok, Pyaterochka, Auchan, Azbuka Vkusa, METRO, Yandex Lavka, Magnit, Vkusvill, Samokat, Toimart, Baraka market, bi1, Nakhodka, and Asia Retail.

Traditionally, WorldFood Moscow will feature a packed Business Programme, bringing together more than 150 speakers and becoming a meeting place for food market leaders, retail representatives, top managers of retail companies, major distributors and catering industry executives.

Conferences and sessions, discussions and presentations, as well as exciting master classes with leading chefs – all this will take place in the four halls of the WorldFood Moscow Business Programme and will help visitors learn more about the food market and current trends, establish useful contacts and find new ideas for business development.
