
"Picturesque Jiangnan, Rich Zhejiang": Zhejiang Province Special Presentation

As part of the development of Sino-Russian cooperation in the agro-industrial sector, Zhejiang Province will present its tea and agricultural products at WorldFood Moscow 2026 - and new opportunities for retail, wholesale trade and the HoReCa segment.
The event will take place on September 15, 2026 at 16:30 in the Retail Academy conference hall (pavilion 3, hall 15) and will bring together representatives of government and business, industry experts and leading agricultural enterprises of both countries. The program includes a discussion of state support measures, market analytics and presentations of enterprises built taking into account the needs of the Russian market.
The event will open with a demonstration of image videos about Zhejiang: they will reveal the natural and cultural heritage of the province and the advantages of its agro-industrial complex, allowing guests to appreciate the identity and dynamics of agriculture in the region.
As part of the keynote speeches, Feng Yong, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Russia, and Chen Liangwei, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture of Zhejiang Province, will take the floor. Speakers will talk about measures to support agricultural partnership, the prospects for Zhejiang products to enter foreign markets and the potential for further development of cooperation between the two regions.
Andrey Kolbasinov, founder of the Russian tea house Nitka, will present an overview of the development of the domestic tea market: consumption features, demand structure and growth potential. Denis Ershov, Head of Corporate and Strategic Development at ITE Group, will analyse the structure of the Russian tea market and the prospects for the Zhejiang tea industry to enter foreign markets, as well as share practical recommendations.
At the stage of presentation of enterprises, two leading tea producers of the province - the Tea Corporation of Zhejiang Province and the Huaminyuan Tea Company - will present branded products, key technologies and the potential of their brands, share their experience in foreign markets.
The event will be an important step towards promoting Zhejiang agricultural products in the Russian market. It will increase brand awareness of agro and tea products in the province and optimize the channels of Sino-Russian agricultural trade.
