How to Get a Free Ticket to WorldFood Moscow 2026shape2yellow

Step-by-step instructions for exhibition visitors


The 35th International Food Exhibition, WorldFood Moscow, will be held at the Crocus Expo IEC from September 15–18. If you plan to attend, we recommend registering online in advance and getting your ticket. Use a special promo code.NEWSThe ticket to the exhibition will be free.

 

How to get a ticket to WorldFood Moscow 2026

 

  1. Go to the registration page .
  2. Enter your work email address. You will receive a four-digit confirmation code and, after registration, a link to log in to the WorldFood Connect app.
  3. After entering your email, check your inbox and enter the four-digit code you received in the confirmation field. If the email hasn't arrived within 5 minutes, check your Spam, Junk Email, Newsletters, or Social Media folders.
  4. After confirming your email, fill out the questionnaire with questions.
  5. At the final stage of registration, a promo codeNEWSwill automatically appear in the "Enter promo code" field. Then click the "Apply" button.
  6. Install the WorldFood Connect app on your phone and enter the same email address you used during registration. For quick login, click "Log in with a one-time link." An authorization link will be sent to your email.
  7. After successfully logging into the app, your e-ticket will be available in the "My Ticket" section.

 

The WorldFood Connect app will provide access to your ticket, exhibition map, exhibitor contacts, and other useful services—everything you need for a comfortable experience at the exhibition.

 

Important to know

 

  • One email can be used to issue only one personal ticket.
  • There's no need to print your ticket—just open it in the app and scan the barcode at the entrance.
  • The ticket is valid for all days of WorldFood Moscow 2026.
  • With an exhibition ticket you can attend business program events free of charge.
