Food Industry Leaders Forum

The Conference Program runs concurrently with the exhibition over all four days, spread across four theatres.

The first theatre, the Food Industry Leaders Forum, focuses on exchanging experiences and addressing current challenges in retail. It also features presentations of the latest statistics and market trends by leading industry representatives.

Retail Academy

As part of the program for commercial departments of retail chains, the Retail Academy hosts practical conferences focused on category development. Topics covered include Fruits and Vegetables, Prepared Food and Ultra-Fresh, Confectionery, Dairy Products and Cheeses, Healthy Lifestyle and Organics, Private Labels, and Fish and Seafood.

The program's high quality is ensured by bringing together leaders of the Russian retail and food industry on one stage.

At the Culinary Marathon site, chefs, including international ones, prepare dishes using products from the exhibition's participants and conduct tastings. Viewers of the show have the chance to embark on a true global gastronomic journey through master classes presented by chefs from Brazil, China, India, Turkey, and South Africa.
